How to Wear Equestrianista Apparel Away From the Barn

I love to be able to mix my equestrian lifestyle with my every day lifestyle so I’m always aware of those apparel pieces that can easily cross over.  I can wear them to the barn and equestrian events as well as integrate them in my work and every day life.  Equestrianista Apparel is one of those brands that makes it super easy to cross over, just like their motto states, “It’s a lifestyle.”  Their new Equestrian{ista} tee, available in the super trendy color Orchid, is definitely a favorite of their spring/summer line.

Here are some tips on how to style it for work or for grabbing dinner with some friends.

1. Pair with a boyfriend blazer

Boyfriend blazers are a must-have staple in any fashionista’s closet.  Pick one in a neutral color and it’s so easy to pair with a variety of tops.  The off-white color of this blazer really dresses up the EA tee and makes the Orchid color pop.

2. Add dress pants or dark skinny jeans

I added dark skinny jeans here.  This is a great way to dress up a casual look if the occasion doesn’t call for a dress pant plus it makes your legs look long and lean!

3.  Wear nude heels

Every girl needs a pair of nude heels because they go with EVERYTHING!  Take notes from Kate Middleton, they can instantly glam up any look.  I’m pretty partial to these by Steve Madden because they’re very affordable, super comfortable, and the shape of the toe is perfect.

4.  Accessorize!

Dress up any outfit with the right accessories!  I decided to go with gold accents, and I’m totally in love with these Jessica Simpson gold chandelier earrings.  They make a fabulous statement by themselves.  I also added a matching gold bracelet, a quartz leather bracelet by Mickey Lynn, gold ball bracelet, and an off-white enamel cuff.  Glam it up with arm candy!

Voila!  Your Equestrianista tee is ready for a day at work or a night out.  I absolutely love when our equestrian lifestyles can beautifully coincide with the rest of our lives!
